Alpine Pet Shop Delivery Charges
Alpine Pet Shop use Parcelforce to deliver your parcel and we aim to deliver to Scotland, England and Wales within 3 -6 working days, if all items are in stock. If any item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait or have part of your order despatched. You will not be charged anymore for delivery if your order is not despatched in total. The cost of sending items not in stock will be the responsibility of Alpine Pet Shop. Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days.
 If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order. Your credit card payment will not be processed until your goods have been despatched. This means that if some of your goods are out of stock we will not charge your credit card for those goods until they are on their way to you.
We hope to increase the availability of different shipping options in the near future. If you would like your parcel delivered sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This may increase the delivery cost but we will agree this with you before despatch. Delivery Our delivery charges are very straightforward and are outlined below. Please note due to high transport costs orders below #20 have a higher delivery cost.
